What we do
We repair all makes of Washing Machines,
Dishwashers, Tumble Dryers, Ovens, Cookers and Hobs, Cooker Hoods,
and Vacuum Cleaners. We
also repair computers - see bottom of page.
We carry a large range of spare parts, and aim to complete any job there
and then, in one visit, whenever possible.
We will schedule your call at a time convenient to you, which
includes evenings.
We do a thorough, professional job, with minimum delay, we charge reasonable
rates, and we make sure you are very happy with the end product! We have several thousand
satisfied customers in the local area, and most of our business is from existing customers
or by personal recommendation. We have been repairing home appliances for
well over thirty years!
Where
We are based in East Grinstead, West Sussex, England. We cover East Grinstead, Dormans Park,
Lingfield, Newchapel, Forest Row, Felcourt, Copthorne, Crawley Down, West
Hoathly, Sharpethorne and
surrounds.

When
Bookings: Please call at any time, Monday to Sunday, evenings
included. When we are out and about and cannot answer, please leave an
answer- phone message and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

We carry out service calls from Monday to
Friday inclusive, including evening calls to 8pm on any of those days. We will
schedule your call to suit you - you won't have to take a day off from the
office and wait around all day.
How Much
- less than most
Our Basic Charge
for coming out to you is £75.50 (call-out fee) plus a half-hour of labour, which is enough to repair most simple
faults, is £19.50 This is a
total of £95.00 (we do
not charge VAT except included with parts prices). If this seems a lot, note that the large companies
and the manufacturers charge £100 upwards for call-out alone. (And you may or may not get an experienced
engineer, according to some of our customers.)
Any additional labour is charged at £19.50 per half-hour. Parts of
course are extra, but carry a standard 1 year warranty.
For locations well outside our usual operating area we may charge a
little more, but will inform you in advance.
Parts
- we have large stocks.
We carry a large
quantity of spares for all makes and types of appliances on our van, enough to cover most
repairs. We aim to complete at least 90 percent of jobs in the first visit. For any parts
that need to be ordered, we get the majority in 1 to 2 working days. (We
have a direct computer link to our mai. supplier.) A few manufacturers are slower, in which case we
inform you of this fact.
We can also supply parts direct to you and are happy to do so, but bear in
mind that we do not guarantee parts not fitted by ourselves.
